Our incense is rolled, fresh to demand in a weekly cycle every Monday and Tuesday. Orders received after close of business Monday will not be processed until the the following week. Orders are dispatched each Thursday*. Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been received.

wholesale clients welcome:
As a Twelve Tribes wholesaler, you are entitled to discounts on your incense products. and to welcome you into the Twelve Tribes community, you will recieve to a 10% discount the first time you order.

payment options for retail and wholesale:

If you are not happy with your goods, we will happily replace them for you with another choice from our range, at no additional cost. We do not provide cash refunds.

* we reserve the right to delay dispatch if production componenets are unavailable; this is highly unusual.
